Liverpool cruised past Genk in an impressive 4-1 win which moved them a step closer to Champions League qualification.

Having lost their opening game against Napoli, Liverpool have since won their past two encounters and are now well placed in the group at the halfway stage.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain scored twice, both supreme strikes, to but Liverpool in front before added efforts from Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was undoubtedly the star of the show, proving that he is back to full sharpness following his injury struggles.
