ASK ANY estate agent about the three factors that determine the selling price of a property - location, location, location. Trust the People, then, to note that the new Beckham abode is situated "minutes from Stansted Airport" - very handy for the 90-minute flight to Milan that United's David could take were he to join Internazionale in the extraordinary swap deal with Ronaldo mooted on yesterday's back page. Interestingly, in another story, the Sunday Mirror points out that there is an 8.20am daily flight from Stansted to Manchester too.
The Mirror, meanwhile, is at odds with the News of the World on the future of Arsenal's Nwankwo Kanu. While the former predicts that the Highbury club face a battle to keep their Nigerian striker, who reportedly misses Italy, the latter reckons he is about to sign a new contract with Arsenal worth pounds 1m a year.
The two papers also differ on the pay packet Real Madrid might offer Manchester United's Roy Keane. The Mail on Sunday insist that the Irishman is to quit Old Trafford after rejecting a proposed pounds 35,000-a-week contract. The News of the World says Real are prepared to pay pounds 100,000-a-week to beat off Barcelona; the Mirror puts Real's terms at pounds 70,000-a-week.
Elsewhere, the People says Liverpool are pressing Leicester to part with their England striker Emile Heskey.
