Jonathan Edwards and Kelly Holmes have swept the board in the British Writers' Association annual awards poll. Edwards broke the world record three times, twice when winning the world title. Holmes collected a 1500m silver medal and an 800m bronze at the World Championships. She also broke British and Commonwealth records at 800 and 1000m.
