England Women wrapped up a 4-0 series triumph after winning their final Twenty20 match against New Zealand by five wickets in Invercargill. New Zealand made 109 for six, Anya Shrubsole and Georgia Elwiss taking two wickets each. England reached their target with seven balls to spare for a whitewash of the completed matches – Saturday's fourth rubber was washed out.

Sara McGlashan (29) and Amy Satterthwaite (25) put on 50 for New Zealand's third wicket and Liz Perry added an unbeaten 21 but the Black Ferns could find no real momentum. Laura Marsh (22) and Sarah Taylor (24) set the platform for England with a stand of 40 before both fell to Morna Nielsen, who took four for 10 to leave the tourists 61 for 5.

Arran Brindle (23) joined Jenny Gunn (22), though, in a stand of 49 to see England home
