BOXING: Rosi fails drugs test

Gianfranco Rosi of Italy, the World Boxing Organisation super-welterweight champion, has tested positive for amphetamines, the Italian boxing federation (FPI) revealed yesterday. The test was carried out on 17 May, immediately after Rosi won the title from defending champion Verno Phillips of the United States.
