Lennox Lewis is set to fight Frank Bruno again, this time in court. In pressing his claim for a re-match with Oliver McCall, Lewis has promised to take "whatever steps are necessary" to ensure McCall does not defend his World Council title against Bruno. Frank Maloney, Lewis's manager, said: "The Lennox Lewis team will take every necessary action to ensure the rematch contract is honoured."

Richie Woodhall has been ordered to defend his European middleweight title against the British champion, Neville Brown. Woodhall's Commonwealth crown will also be on the line during the bout. The European Union has ordered the bout to take place by early October.
