Colin Jackson restricted himself to a leg of the 4 x 100m relay for Wales in a low-key match with England, Australia and an International Select at the British Gas Welsh Games in Cardiff yesterday. The high-hurdler ran a strong second leg but his team-mates were unable to maintain the momentum and they finished fourth. England won the meeting with 197 points.
