Yeltsin extends nuclear test ban
MOSCOW (AP) - President Boris Yeltsin yesterday extended Russia's moratorium on nuclear weapons testing until the middle of next year, and urged Britain and China to follow suit.
President Yeltsin signed the order to reciprocate for US and French cuts in testing.
