Peace talks resume in Somalia
A United Nations-sponsored conference on national reconciliation in Somalia will resume in Addis Ababa today after a break of five days, Reuter reports from Addis Ababa. UN officials said all the Somali factions, including one led by the powerful warlord Mohamed Farah Aideed, were expected to attend.
