SUN CITY - Jamaica's Lisa Hanna, an 18-year-old television presenter and karate student, was crowned Miss World 1993 at South Africa's Sun City gambling resort west of Pretoria. Miss South Africa, Jacqueline Mofokeng, 21, was first princess and Miss Philippines, Sharmaine Gutierrez, 19, was second princess. Reuter
