Your support makes all the difference.WASHINGTON - President Bill Clinton yesterday said he intended to provide US troops to help enforce any Bosnian peace accord but would need assurances first that such a pact was fair and enforceable, Reuter reports.
'I made clear last February and I will reiterate again that the United States is prepared to participate in a multinational effort to keep the peace in Bosnia,' Mr Clinton said during a news conference at the White House. He said he wanted a briefing and wanted to see what the details were.
