SIEGEN (AFP) - Two neo-Nazi skinheads have been charged with beating a handicapped man to death last month, the prosecutor's office said here. The 55-year-old man, who was virtually blind, was making his way to a bus stop on 15 December when he was attacked by two youths, aged 16 and 20, who kicked and punched him to death.
