Polish pacts
Warsaw (AP) - Poland and Germany signed a handful of agreements yesterday designed to improve border co-operation. The agreements, which include plans to join existing motorways in the two countries and speed up customs formalities, were signed on the first day of a visit by Germany's Foreign Minister, Klaus Kinkel.
