Appearing on makeover show, Cambiame, Ana and her half-brother Dani revealed their physical and emotional relationship.
The pair, who live together in Barcelona, said they grew up separately meeting 20 years later through social media.
Ana, 27, told the show hosts: "We didn’t just come here for a change in look, but also to completely change our lives.
"We have something to say and this is a good place to do it.
"We grew up separately and 20 years later found each other through social media and struck up a friendship."
Cambiame (Change me) provides participants with new hairstyles, clothes and make-up while finding out more about their lives
Dani, 23 said: "The big surprise is that we are not only siblings, we are also a couple.
"We are in love."
Their father appeared on the show, congratulated the pair and joked with his daughter, saying "Can I call you daughter-in-law?"
Ana quickly replied: "And I'll call you father-in-law."
The show's stylist, Pelayo Diaz later tweeted: "Who are we to judge? Love comes above all else."
