The right of an Indian Muslim to divorce his wife simply by telling her 'talaq, talaq, talaq' has been challenged by a religious decree, delighting feminists and angering traditionalists, AFP reports from New Delhi.
The decree said the 'triple talaq' law would be valid only if spaced out over three occasions and three months.
