New York - Greece and the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia agreed yesterday to normalise diplomatic and trade relations in an accord under which Greece will lift its economic embargo and recognise the government in Skopje, and Macedonia will change its flag and constitution. The accord resolves that Macedonia will remove from its flag a controversial symbol that angers Greece and amend its constitution to respect their common border. AFP
