The US Defense Secretary Les Aspin's doctors said they would implant a heart pacemaker in his chest today to correct a worsening heart condition, Reuter reports from Washington. Mr Aspin's heart condition, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, was discovered two years ago when he became short of breath while skiing.
