The deaths of three teenagers was streamed on Facebook Live when a police helicopter opened fire on the vehicle they were travelling in.
The group were filming themselves driving in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, when officers fired bullets into the car in an anti-drug operation.
Three of the four men died as the camera continued to film.
One passenger can be seen using his phone to film the group, who laugh and joke with loud music in the background.
Gunfire can then be heard in the video, after which the phone drops to the floor.
The incident is believed to have happened in the Sao Goncalo neighbourhood.
It left three teenagers dead and a fourth injured, Brazilian news site Folhamax reported on Monday.
The suspects were alleged to have been security guards for a drug-trafficking gang.
Earlier this year, Amnesty International reported a spike in violence and killings by police in Rio de Janeiro, as well as soaring rates of other human rights violations.
In 2016, there were 920 killings by police documented in the city, up from 419 in 2012.
Brazil has a high number of homicides overall, with nearly 60,000 people killed in the country in 2015.
