Video footage taken moments after the collision in Great Falls, Virginia saw a cringing crowd slowly gather around the two red vehicles to see how things would unfold.
It occurred during a car meet on August 6, with the driver of the Mercedes 380 SL attempting a parallel park as she drove onto the 458 Speciale.
“That’s a big, big, big problem,” said one surprised onlooker.
An attempt to move the Mercedes was unsuccessful, seeming only to cause more damage as its back wheels spun with a high-pitched screech against the side of the luxury vehicle.
The Ferrari owner eventually appears in the crowd, bewildered by the ordeal.
“Are you f*****g serious?” He exclaimed. “That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.”
As the family inside the Mercedes try to reason with the owner, the woman who caused the accident approaches the man, saying: “oh my god, I’m shaking”.
“Nobody was hurt”, one of the passers-by says, trying to calm the situation.
