Sub snags nets

A US submarine that snagged the nets of a Northern Ireland fishing boat was not following guidelines devised to prevent such incidents, Commodore John Trewby, commander of the Faslane submarine base on the Clyde, said. The Lupena was dragged backwards by the USS Sturgeon.
