Rowing buffs and socialites gather for the Royal Regatta at Henley

Enthusiasts arriving for the start of the Henley Royal Regatta on the Thames yesterday, which for the first time will see women racing over the full course. During the five-day event an estimated 32,000 pints of Pimms will be drunk. Results, page 38
