Victoria Station evacuated 'due to customer incident'
There were severe delays on the line
Victoria station in central London has been evacuated after a person became trapped under a train.
The incident, at the international station's underground branch, led to disruption, with passenger services being suspended.
Passengers were also left confused after being evacuated without explanation.
Some tube services were suspended but the Circle and District line later resumed their stops at the station.
Victoria Underground was closed for several hours on Saturday afternoon and the were severe delays across the line.
But the station later reopened and trains resumed with their scheduled stops on the line.
