Police are investigating today the "suspicious" deaths of two little boys whose bodies were found in a parked car.
The bodies of the two-year-old and six-year-old were found in the car in Glasgow.
Strathclyde Police said they were treating the deaths as suspicious.
The car was discovered in Crow Road in the Lennoxtown area of the city.
Inspector Jan Connolly said the victims were boys.
She added: "Police are investigating the suspicious death of two children aged two and six.
"They were found within a parked car. Police are following a positive line of inquiry."
Police would not confirm when or where the bodies were found yesterday.
Officers blocked the B822 Crow Road to all traffic heading north out of Lennoxtown, East Dunbartonshire.
A recovery van was allowed through the roadblock at 10.50pm.
The van, followed by two police cars, returned from the scene half an hour later.
Meanwhile it was reported that a man had been taken by ambulance from the scene to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
Strathclyde Police and the ambulance service would not comment on the claim.
