Drunk driver
Martin Clarke, 31, of Whitney, Oxfordshire, who drove after drinking five pints of lager in December, hit and killed a cyclist, Oxford Crown Court was told. David Adams, 42, died instantly. Clarke admitted causing death by driving without due care and attention while under the influence of alcohol. The case was adjourned until 25 March.
