Mother charged with kidnapping her twins
A mother who snatched her four-year-old twins from social services was charged today with two counts of kidnap.
Billy and Vixen Francis were taken from a centre in Skegness, Lincolnshire, last Thursday.
They were found late on Tuesday night "safe and well" and have been returned to foster care.
Their mother Tamara Dyson, 37, was arrested with a 62-year-old man at a petrol station on the A17 near Newark, Nottinghamshire.
Dyson, of Firbeck Avenue, Skegness, was charged today and will appear at Boston Magistrates' Court this morning, Lincolnshire Police said.
The arrested man has been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Court hearings of care proceedings involving children cannot usually be reported but on Monday Judge Heather Swindells QC made an order at Lincoln County Court to allow publicity under the Children Act 1989.
The judge revoked the order yesterday, limiting the information which can be published.
