Man and woman found dead in car in Suffolk

A man and a woman have been found dead in a car on farmland, police said.

The bodies were discovered in Martlesham, Suffolk, by a member of the public this morning.

Police were called at just after 7.30am after the passer-by saw the vehicle just off Newbourne Road.

A spokesman for Suffolk Police said: "The causes of deaths are unknown at this stage but police are currently treating them both as unexplained."
