Boy of 13 arrested over London stabbing

A 13-year-old boy was arrested yesterday on suspicion of murdering a man killed in a stabbing in London.

Police believe Andrew Jaipaul, 21, was attacked by a group of between 12 and 20 youths in north London last Sunday. Paramedics were called but he died at the scene. Scotland Yard said the 13-year-old remains in custody at a police station. Two 17-year-olds previously arrested over the stabbing have been bailed until August.
