Cell death

A man who was due to stand trial accused of murdering his two-year-old son was found hanged in his jail cell. Barry Samuels, 26, of Shetland Road, Leicester, had been in custody at the city's Welford Road prison. The toddler died from head injuries allegedly inflicted by his father.
