The former Guns N’ Roses lead guitarist made the admission when asked about the "craziest place" he has had sex by a TMZ reporter.
"As far as crazy is concerned, in the living room of my girlfriend's apartment, with her mum asleep on the couch," he was filmed saying.
"That was when I was like 14, 13 or 14. We doped her though."
Laughing, Slash said they used Halcion, which is the brand name of a strong sleeping pill, triazolam, which is used to treat severe insomnia.
Slash, whose real name is Saul Hudson, also enlightened the reporter on his philosophy about sex, saying there was "no ridiculous place if you can get away with it".
"It depends on if you’re going to get busted or not," he added. "If you’re going to get arrested. I would zip up and get the f*** out of there."
Slash left Guns N’ Roses in 1996 and later formed Slash’s Snakepit before pursuing a solo career.
A former heroin addict, he was diagnosed with a form of heart failure caused by years of alcohol and substance abuse in 2001 and given weeks to live, but recovered and has since given up drinking and drugs.
