Sinead O'Connor has reunited with her husband, a week after they split.
The 'Nothing Compares 2 U' singer wed Barry Herridge on December 8 in a ceremony in Las Vegas only to split from him just 16 days later - citing "intense pressure placed upon him" by other people - but they have now reconciled.
In a series of tweets, Sinead wrote: "guess who had a mad love making affair with her own husband last night? (sic)
"mother*****r who dont like it ... so me all happy!! me love me hubby ... he love me ... f**k who no like it ... God is good! (sic)
"yay!!! me husband is a big hairy cave man an came to claim me with his club : ) and now im in cave-land. yay!! we both go panto! (sic)
"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! And... me go LA tomorrow!! hurraay!! (sic)"
While the couple are back together again, Sinead, 45, and Barry acknowledge they had a whirlwind romance and are planning to take things slowly.
She added in other tweets: "Yay!!! we decided to be boyfriend and girlfriend again an stay married but we did rush so we gonna return to b friend g friend
"an be sickenly happy an go counsellin an move in in like a yr like regular people. but stay married an we all in love an f**k every other (sic)"
Sinead - who has been married three times before - tied the knot with Dubliner Barry in a drive-through wedding at the Little White Wedding Chapel on the Las Vegas Strip, which took ten minutes.
She wore a pink, low-cut dress which revealed her tattoos, while the groom donned a dark jacket and pink shirt.
