Your support makes all the difference.Nabilla Benattia, who has been described as “Gallic Kim Kardashian”, has been detained after her boyfriend was reportedly stabbed in the chest.
The French reality television personality, 22, is suspected of injuring Thomas Vergara, who she appears with in show Les Anges de la Téléréalité (The Reality Angels).
He is currently in a serious condition at Georges Pompidou hospital in Paris. It is understood Benattia was also treated for shock.
Ms Benattia has reportedly denied the claims, saying that three men had attacked Vergara outside the hotel. Police and hotel staff have reportedly as yet found no evidence on CCTV footage.
French authorities were alerted at 2.30am this morning, after staff reported a “major argument with lots of screaming”.
Benattia is known for her one-liners made on her reality television show such as:
“No but, like, Hello? You're a girl and you don't have any shampoo?”
“Hello, are you receiving me? It's like saying you're a girl without any hair.”
The clip went viral and sparked spin-offs from Ikea and Carrefour. Benattia quickly copyrighted the phrase.
In 2013, Wikipedia erased her page because she was of no “encyclopedic interest”, although it has since been reinstated.
