Your support makes all the difference.Tributes have been pouring in for UK Garage artist MC Sparks, real name Sean Jones, who has died.
Musicians from the UK Garage scene have celebrated the life of the star while the hashtag #RIPMCSparks has been trending on Twitter.
The X Factor judge and NDubz singer, Tulisa Contostavlos lead tributes, writing: "RIP MC Sparks. A garage legend who was part of many of our teenage years."
While rapper Kano posted "RIP MC Sparks. Someone who played a major part in my teenage years. He has definitely got everyone up there saying 'Oi, oi, oi!'"
MC Kie, a long-time collaborator with MC Sparks, tweeted: "I'm devastated. I have lost my musical partner in crime. You are admired by thousands & your legacy lives on."
BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra host Mistajam posted on Twitter "#RIPMCSparks - had to end my @BBCR1 show tonight with Fly Bi to pay tribute".
The news was confirmed on Saturday by Flex FM, the online radio station that MC Star worked at, it is not yet known how he died. He presented a Saturday show on Flex FM with his brother DJ Statix.
The radio station dedicated their Saturday night show to MC Sparks.
The star was best known for his 2000 track Fly Bi, on which he collaborated with MC Kie.
