Woolmen's Company

Mr Barry H. Jefferson, Master, Worshipful Company of Woolmen, with liverymen of the Company visited the British Wool Marketing Board and Woolcombers (Processors) Ltd in Bradford and later presided at a dinner held yesterday evening by the Company at the Merchant Taylors' Hall in York. Mr Bernard Dineen and Mr Donald Holdsworth were the speakers.

RAF Buchan

Flt Lt and Mrs W. Durbin were dined out at a Ladies Guest Night held yesterday evening in the Officers' Mess, RAF Buchan. Gp Capt and Mrs DC Smith attended and Sqn Ldr NP Peters presided.
