7 March: Mrs Henrietta Ryan was received by the Queen when Her Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Member of the Royal Victorian Order.
Mr Thomas Galbraith was received by The Queen at Windsor Castle when Her Majesty decorated him with a Bar to the Royal Victorian Medal (Silver).
6 March: The Prince Edward this afternoon attended the England versus Scotland International Rugby Football Match, Twickenham, Middlesex, and was received by Mr Danie Serfontein (President, the Rugby Football Union).
Lieutenant-Colonel Sean O'Dwyer was in attendance.
7 March: The Prince Edward this evening attended the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Craft Awards, the Theatre Royal, Nottingham, followed by Dinner at the Central Television Studios and was received by Her Majesty's Lord- Lieutenant for Nottinghamshire (Sir Alfred Buchanan Bt), the Chairman, British Academy of Film and Television Arts (Mr Richard Price), and the Chairman, Central Television Plc (Mr Leslie Hill).
Lieutenant-Colonel Sean O'Dwyer was in attendance.
6 March: The Princess Royal, Patron, Scottish Rugby Union, accompanied by Commander Timothy Laurence RN, this afternoon attended the England versus Scotland International Rugby Football Match, Twickenham, Middlesex.
7 March: The Princess Royal, President, Federation Equestre Internationale, this evening departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Rio de Janeiro to attend the Bureau Meeting and General Assembly of the International Equestrian Federation.
Mrs Timothy Holderness- Roddam was in attendance.

6 March: The Princess of Wales this afternoon arrived at Gatwick Airport, London, from Nepal.
The Lady Sarah McCorquodale, Captain Edward Musto RM, Mr Geoffrey Crawford and Surgeon Commander Robin Clark RN were in attendance.
ROYAL ENGAGEMENTS
The Queen, accompanied by Prince Edward, attends the Commonwealth Day Observance at Westminster Abbey and later both attend the Commonwealth Day Reception at Marlborough House, London SW1. The Princess Royal, President, Federation Equestre Internationale, attends the FEI Bureau Meeting and General Assembly, Rio de Janeiro. Princess Alexandra opens the Exhibition of Drawings of James Hakewill for the British School at Rome, at Hazlitt, Gooden and Fox, London SW1.
Changing of the Guard
The Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment mounts the Queen's Life Guard at Horse Guards, 11am.
