IN THE belief that you are never too young to become a pernickety customer, the Consumers' Association is launching a junior version of its monthly, Which? magazine on 24 September. It says that instead of dreary tests of floor polish and lawn mowers, Check It Out will 'be packed with articles on the things that really matter to kids' - such as pizzas, video games, bullying, green issues, cut-price fashion ('Save on your faves') and 'Concerts: are they a rip-off?'
