IRAQ BOMBINGS: Iraqi Reaction
AL-SAHAAF, Iraq's foreign minister, accused the United States and Britain of bombing factories where there were United Nations weapons inspectors' cameras permanently installed.
He accused both nations of lying in claiming that the report of the UN chief weapons inspector Richard Butler proved Iraq had not cooperated in the search for its weapons of mass destruction.
He said inspection teams had carried out visits to 427 sites and there had been only five cases of non-cooperation.
