Tesco superstores across the country will soon offer DVD rentals on big new releases such as graphic-novel adaptation Watchmen and Knowing, the Nicholas Cage flick. The FTSE 100 grocer is expected to sign a deal in the coming weeks with Cheltenham-based The Movie Booth, which will provide DVD kiosks in more than 100 stores. Tesco has already tested the kiosks in Ireland. Each automated kiosk holds 620 films, each of which rents for £2 a night. Spanish-born entrepreneur, Carlos Marco Rider, founded The Movie Booth last year.
