C&W clinches Hanoi deal
Cable & Wireless has clinched a $207m (pounds 127m) deal to install 250,000 telephone lines in Hanoi, British embassy sources said, adding that an official announcement will be made later by the company's head office.
The deal was formalised at a meeting between British Minister of Trade and Industry Brian Wilson and Vietnam's Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Xuan Gia, the sources said.
