Emily Ratajkowski has made her feelings regarding Harvey Weinstein’s civil settlement deal very clear.

Last night, Ratajkowski responded to the news that the disgraced Hollywood producer has reached a deal with dozens of his alleged sexual misconduct victims by writing the words “F***Harvey” on her arm as she attended the premiere of Uncut Gems, a film produced by her husband, Sebastian Bear-McClard.

The model wore a black mini dress with an asymmetric neckline to the event and flexed her bicep to show off her statement as she posed for pictures on the red carpet.

On Wednesday, the New York Times reported that Weinstein had agreed a settlement of $25m (£18.9m).

According to lawyers working on the case, the payout would come from Weinstein’s bankrupt film studio’s insurance, meaning he will not have to pay from his own bank account.

Under the deal, which has so far received preliminary approval from all major parties involved, Weinstein will also not be required to apologise or admit wrongdoing.

Ratajkowski explained the meaning behind the message on social media, writing on Twitter: “So this is what justice looks like in America? #burninhellharvey.”

On Instagram, Ratajkowski shared a photo of herself resting her hand on her head to show off the writing alongside the caption: “Today Harvey Weinstein and his former studio made a $25m deal with his victims.

“Weinstein, accused of offenses ranging from sexual harassment to rape, won’t have to admit wrongdoing or pay his own money. #nojusticenopeace.”

The actor also posted a screengrab of the settlement report on her Instagram Stories, adding: “I’m about to riot.”

The New York Times claims that more than 30 accusers of sexual offences against Weinstein have accepted the deal.

According to lawyers who spoke to the publication, the payout to the accusers would be part of an overall $47m settlement intended to close out the company’s obligations.

Weinstein is still scheduled to be tried for rape and sexual assault charges in a Manhattan court in early January.

The media mogul has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to all claims of non-consensual sex.
