Last week, Google and Microsoft's Bing launched redesigned logos, with the former sporting fairly minor changes, simply flattening out the existing design - whilst Microsoft's tweaks have been more substantial; signalling their investment in the search engine and placing it as one of their four main services (the others being Office, Windows and Xbox).
However, what do the past logos of these two tech giants tells us about the companies? For good measure we took a look at Firefox and Twitter as well.
