Over 300 restaurants are taking part in total, double on last year, with the national day of burger celebration being hosted at Battersea Power Station.
Here 12 of the UK's best burger joints will serve up food, which you can wash down with beers and picklebacks from Meantime and Jameson.
Other burger-related paraphernalia comes in the form of burger piñatas, burger cakes and burger shakes.
