Epure is restaurant dubbed as home to French fine dining in Hong Kong
We visited the Michelin-starred establishment nestled within a bustling city centre
Epure is a prominent Hong Kong restaurant known for its French contemporary fine dining.
Tucked behind Harbour City’s Dalloyau patisserie, the Michelin-starred restaurant boasts elegant interior design where diners can enjoy seasonal dishes headed by Chef Nicholas Boutin in an intimate setting.
And the restaurant offers exciting dishes that showcase the finest seasonal ingredients from France and to complement the menus, the restaurant has an impressive collection of vintage wines from affordable prices to premium selection.
The beautifully designed venue, by internationally renowned design institute Yabu Pushelburg, resembles French heritage and natural habitats.
The restaurant first opened in 2014 and two years later, the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau gave Epure an elusive Michelin star.
At an interview he gave with Lifestyle Asia, Chef Boutin said: “We are extremely honoured and humbled to receive this recognition from Michelin.
“This is the testament to my entire team’s dedication to consistently carrying out memorable dining experiences for each guest, and continuing to raise the bar in the Hong Kong dining scene.”
