Rosemere de Nascimento, 32, from Sao Paulo, Brazil, was killed in December last year alongside her brother, the pilot and a photographer who was six months pregnant.
She had planned to surprise her fiancé Udirley Damasceno, who was waiting at the altar when the helicopter crash landed just a mile from the reception venue.
Footage of the tragic moment the helicopter went down has since been released as part of the investigation into the crash.
In the clip, Nascimento sits side-by-side with her brother as they both smile and peer out of the window.
But, when the alarm goes off, the video begins to shake and the passengers can be heard screaming.
The camera then smashes but continues to record as the helicopter hits the ground.
While the cause of the crash is still unknown, police in Sao Paulo together with specialists in aeronautics have looked into reports that it might have hit a tree due to bad visibility with rain, fog and cloud.
"All brides have a dream and hers was to arrive by helicopter to their wedding without anyone knowing," Carlos Eduardo Batista, one of the organisers, told Brazilian media, Globo, at the time.
The crash was discovered by organisers when they realised the helicopter had not arrived despite confirming it had taken off as planned.
The groom was told the news by the pastor and was said to have gone into total shock.
Neither Mr Damasceno, nor the 300 wedding guests, had any idea about the surprise entrance the bride had planned.
It has since been confirmed that the helicopter, a Robinson 44, crashed about a mile from the wedding venue in a forest area during a journey which normally would have taken just 15 minutes.
The pilot has been named as Peterson Pinheiro, and the brother of the bride, Silvano Nascimento da Silva. The pregnant photographer was Nayla Cristina Neves.
