Madonna's 32nd Top 10 hit single climbs to No 7. Meanwhile Prince zooms in at No 4, his 15th Top 10 and his highest ever new entry. 'The Most Beautiful Girl in the World' is being distributed independently rather than through his deal with Warner Music, who apparently reckoned the world wasn't ready for a new Prince single.
