BT MyDonate has offered 30 pairs of tickets for an unforgettable "High Tea" at BT Tower to be won by donors to the Help a Hungry Child telethon.

The first 30 callers who donate £150 or more will win a pair of tickets to enjoy incredible 360 views of London and a classic afternoon tea and glass of prosecco.

Standing at 620 feet tall, the BT Tower has been closed to the public since 1980 making this a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Pledgers will be notified after lines close this evening. The experience will take place in February or March 2018 and is at the discretion of BT and not changeable.​

Stars including Sir Ian McKellen, Jon Hamm, Frank Lampard and Daisy Lowe have been answering the phones since 8am for our 12-hour telethon, which ends at 8pm today.

Celebrities have joined staff from the London Evening Standard, Independent and the London Live TV station manning the phones in support of the Help A Hungry Child Christmas Appeal, which is raising money for The Felix Project.

The Felix Project’s vans collect surplus food from retailers and deliver it to frontline charities. For the Help A Hungry Child appeal they are focusing on primary schools, after figures found one in 10 parents worry about their children getting enough food.

“We are so grateful to everyone for calling in today,” said Kristina Spindler, The Felix Project’s Head of Fundraising. “Every penny raised today will go towards ensuring no primary school child in London goes to bed hungry.”
