Powered by Epic’s “Unreal Engine” and borrowing gameplay elements proven by the likes of Nintendo’s Super Metroid (1994), Shadow Complex is a side-scrolling 2D adventure par excellence. Hero Jason Fleming, in pursuit of his abducted girlfriend, must leap, climb and fight through lush environments to save her. Exploration is a necessity rewarded with the discovery of new areas and equipment,which, in true Metroid style, upgrades Fleming and enables him to reach previously inaccessible areas. Explosive battles, expert pacing and vibrant graphics make this a must-download for 360 owners.
