Beth Rowland lost her mum in 2015 when she was 20 years old. She now runs Let's Talk About Loss, a support network for bereaved young people. As well as being passionate about helping others get through grief, Beth works in marketing and loves travelling, learning to swing dance and petting her dwarf hamster Obi Wan. 

I was technically an adult, with adult friends, but losing mum made me feel like a child again.
