Prince Andrew has “crucial information” that could help bring justice in the Jeffrey Epstein case, a new documentary has claimed.

The royal is discussed in Surviving Jeffrey Epstein, a four-part documentary that began airing on Lifetime on Sunday. A second part will follow on Monday (10 August).

Kiki Doe, one of the women who has come forward against Epstein, alleges at one point: “Prince Andrew, of the royal family, had a very close relationship to Epstein.

“And he knows some crucial information to help bring other people down – people that need to face justice.”

Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing or knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.

Legal representatives for Andrew had no further comment when contacted by The Independent.

The documentary includes excerpts from the royal’s BBC interview given in November 2019.

Andrew stepped back from public duties that same month.

Surviving Jeffrey Epstein takes a sweeping look at the allegations made against Epstein.

It is airing a year after the disgraced financier and registered sex offender’s death in custody.

Surviving Jeffrey Epstein premieres in the UK on CRIME+INVESTIGATION with a double episode airing on 25 August at 9pm. Parts three and four will be broadcast on 26 August at 9pm.
