The remaining campmates in ITV’s I’m A Celebrity might literally have to get out of there as a huge storm is set to hit the jungle.

The reality show presented by Ant and Dec is set to conclude on Sunday night. But the remaining celebrities may have to be evacuated ahead of time if the severe thunderstorms predicted by the Australian Government’s Bureau of Meteorology hit later today.

ITV confirmed the The Independent that it had a “contingency plan” if things becomes dangerous for campmates. “There are storms on the way, and the weather is unpredictable,” an ITV spokesman said.

A warning issued by the Bureau of Meteorology advises residents in the area to stay indoors and to keep cars in garages and electrical equipment unplugged. It predicts “severe thunderstorms likely to produce large hailstones, heavy rainfall that may lead to flash flooding and damaging winds”.

The bad weather is set to hit over the next “several hours”.

Allo ‘Allo actress Vicki Michelle was voted off last night and tonight's episode is set to see a format shake-up with a double elimination.

63-year-old Michelle became the fourth contestant to be voted out following the departure of Michael Buerk, Nadia Forde and Jimmy Bullard.

This year’s series saw the early departure of The Only Way Is Essex star Gemma Collins, who couldn’t take jungle life, and Red Dwarf and Coronation Street actor Craig Charles, who received the news his brother had died just days after the show began.
