According to The Sunday Life, UFC Fighter Conor McGregor has been cast in an unspecified role after being 'headhunted' by HBO.
The report reads: “It’s been agreed that McGregor will appear in one of the remaining two seasons of Game of Thrones. He was headhunted as it were by HBO, as one of the directors is a huge UFC fan."
"They believed that he would be a perfect fit for the show."
Adding fuel to the fire is the fact the series is currently being filmed in Dublin - McGregor's hometown.
